RESIDENT FRIEND AT CAMBRIDGE (MA) FRIENDS MEETING

Friends Meeting at Cambridge (MA) seeks a gifted Quaker couple (or individual) to serve in residence for 3–6 years. Our large (400 members, 150+ at worship), unprogrammed urban Meeting is a thriving, vibrant spiritual community. We wish to become a more diverse meeting. The full-time position of Resident Friend(s) will be responsible for facilitating the functioning of the Meeting as a whole and attending to the administrative needs of the Meeting. The Resident Friend(s) supervises approximately 5 FTE and works collaboratively with various FMC committees. The Resident Friend(s) will also exercise significant oversight and coordination of outreach and communication, pastoral care, spiritual education, and various programmatic activities.
